M&C Saatchi London retained by NHS England for ‘Help Us, Help You’ strategy

M&C Saatchi London has been retained by NHS England as the lead strategic and creative agency for its ‘Help Us, Help You’ communication strategy.

The creative agency first began working on ‘Help Us, Help You’ in 2018, and has since launched a number of impactful campaigns for the NHS, including those for cancer and heart attack diagnosis and the 111 service.

The account was awarded following a competitive pitch against other agencies on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) roster and will see M&C Saatchi London continuing to develop all NHS ‘Help Us, Help You’ campaign activity.

The ‘Help Us, Help You’ programme is one of NHS England’s two main overarching campaign brands. Designed to save lives by changing the way people access the NHS, it seeks to drive effective use of NHS services, ensuring people can access help in the right place and at the right time.

The wide-reaching initiative is delivered through a number of different phases aimed at different audiences and with separate aims and objectives.

The next activity to launch as part of the engagement will be a multichannel campaign to support the NHS 111 service.
