Elvis announces strategic CRM partnership with Planning-inc

London-based creative agency Elvis has today (18 November) announced a strategic partnership with data specialist Planning-inc, in the hopes of revitalising its CRM operations.

The partnership between the two Next 15-owned firms will enable them to leverage creativity and data science in order to drive long term value creation throughout the customer journey.

“Elvis and Planning-inc will be working together to create a disproportionate impact for our clients,” Elvis CEO, Tanya Whitehouse said.

Harnessing Planning-inc’s customer data platform Unilyze, Elvis will hoping to optimise the relevance of customer experiences across every touchpoint.
