Team ITG appoints new creative director and MD of £3.5m production studio

Marketing activation business Team ITG has named James Chittenden as its new creative officer and managing director of Capture, the firm’s 30,000 sq foot filming studio.

Chittenden will bring over 20 years’ experience to his new role with the Birmingham-based outfit, having previously held senior creative leadership roles with cosmetics firm Avon and luxury department store Harrods.

“James is an innovative thinker who is perfectly positioned to deliver the fresh ideas and new ways of working that will take us forward,” Team ITG CEO, Simon Ward said.

“The future is fast, and Capture gives our clients the capability to keep up with rising demand, empowering them to create content for every marketing channel in a single shoot, with all the technology and expertise they need under one roof.”

He continued: “With his wealth of creative experience, James will be responsible for plugging Capture into our full range of award-winning marketing services to deliver world-class campaigns at pace.”

Since opening last year,  the £3.5m Capture studio has worked with several household names including including M&S, DFS, and the Co-op, completing over 200 projects and shooting more than 60,000 images and videos in the process.
