InterContinental Hotels & Resorts appoints VMLY&R UK’s Inclusion Practice

VMLY&R UK’s Inclusion Experience (IX) Practice has been selected by InterContinental Hotels & Resorts to develop best-in-class inclusive guest and colleague experiences.

By enlisting the agency’s IX Practice, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, which runs eight hotel brands and over 6,000 destinations around the globe, will be hoping to increase overall guest and employee satisfaction.

This follows research released by the Wall Street Journal which indicates that businesses that invest in diversity initiatives have been able to generate a higher operating profit margin (12%) than those that did not (8%).
