elvis boosts strategy team with ex-Mars and Asahi marketer

Creative agency elvis has given its strategy team a boost with the addition of ex-Mars and Asahi marketer Anna Pitt, who joins the company as senior strategist.

Pitt will be taking on day-to-day strategic leadership of some of the agency’s core pillar clients, including Odeon Cinemas Group, PepsiCo, Nomad and Mondelēz. She will be instrumental in helping to produce unexpected and unforgettable work to drive organic growth.

Reporting to strategy director Camilla Yates, Anna said she was: “excited to be joining a majority-female-led company which has delivered such outstanding, effective work, and to be part of an environment where strategy and creativity come together as genuine partners.”

“I’m also thrilled to be working on a range of amazing FMCG brands that enable me to leverage my background as a client-side marketer, as well as entertainment brands like Odeon Cinemas Group – a perfect fit given my passion for the arts and culture.”

Joining elvis from London-based strategic brand agency MadeBrave, Pitt has also held several client-side positions in Australia, spending three-and-a-half years at Mars and just over two years at Asahi Drinks.

Yates said she was “really happy” to be welcoming Pitt to elvis, adding that: “Anna brings a wealth of FMCG experience and an international perspective to the team, plus she has massive creative ambition which makes her the perfect driver for unexpected and unforgettable work”.

Pitt was also a 2021 Cannes Young Lions finalist and part of the team behind the 5 Gum campaign that picked up the Grand Prix at The Drum Awards for Digital Advertising (APAC) in 2022.
