The Post Office has selected The Mission Group-owned firm Krow as its new lead creative agency, with responsibility for strategic, creative and production services.

As part of its new remit, Krow will also be charged with overseeing the service’s owned and paid advertising, social media, digital, in-branch, customer experience, PR, web and email propositions.

Set to be managed via special-purpose vehicle ‘Cloak Lane’, named after the UK’s first general Post Office opened in 1548, Krow will manage the account alongside Mission Group PR agency Speed, who will offer support on the strategic, creative and production oversight of full-service campaigns and ‘always-on’ communications for the Post Office’s products and services.
