East Midlands Railway is to review its creative account, as it seeks to develop results-driven campaigns.

According to Campaign, the brief will encompass TV, radio, commercial concept creation, production and delivery for the East Midlands Railway master brand, as well as the Luton Airport Express sub-brand.

The trainline has sought to regain trust following strikes, with its ‘Big Dreams Begin on the Train’ campaign that focused last year on brand character Miles’ quest for love.

In a LinkedIn post, Luton Airport Express brand manager Natalie Sanderson said the operator was looking for “fun and results driving ideas to cover our upcoming TV and radio commercial concept creation, production and delivery needs for both the East Midlands Railway master brand as well as the all new Luton Airport Express sub-brand”.

The incumbent agency Atomic, which has held the contract with East Midlands Railway, has also carried out campaigns for Greater Anglia Rail.
