TMW Unlimited has won carmaker Suzuki’s creative and CRM management accounts, in a move which will see it look after integrated campaigns across the brand’s major channels.
The scope will include above the line advertising, content creation and responsibilities for data and CRM across cars, motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles.
The carmaker will tap into Unlimited’s Human Understanding Lab in order to provide data and develop and understanding of neuro and behavioural science.
Speaking to Campaign magazine, Suzuki GB head of marketing Alex Keys said “It was clear from the outset that TMW was the perfect partner for us. There was instant chemistry and they innately understood what our brand is all about.”

TMW CEO Chris Mellish added: “If we sat down and wrote the perfect brief for ourselves it would look just like this.”
Last year, Suzuki split with its previous agency Iris after a five year partnership.
The agency developed the brand’s ‘Good different’ concept, which was backed by a television advert.
TMW Unlimited wins comes off the back of a successful year for the agency, which saw it win CRM for the People’s Postcode Lottery in 2023, with other new clients including Itsu, Oak Furnitureland and Pride In London.
