Creative agency R/GA has parted company with its executive strategy director Fern Miller as part of an ongoing restructuring programme of its global leadership.

Having effectively left in December, executive leadership team member Miller has been replaced by former vice-president executive strategy director Meghann MacKenzie.

MacKenzie will now report in to Miller’s former manager, R/GA EMEA chief executive Rebecca Bezzina. The move follows the recent departure of global chief strategy officer Tom Morton.

“As part of this restructuring, I’m pleased to share that we are promoting Meghann MacKenzie to SVP executive strategy director, where she will now lead our talented EMEA strategy department, as well as continuing as a global account strategy lead,” Bezzina said.

“Meghann is an exceptional strategic leader, and we look forward to partnering with her closely in her new role.”

Miller departs the global agency after only 18 months in her post, having joined in June 2022. She had previously held senior strategy roles at both Native Design and Grey Consulting.
