Train operator Greater Anglia and its subsidiary Stansted Express have appointed Atomic London as their integrated creative agency of record following a competitive pitch process.
Retaining the account after a three-way showdown, London shop Atomic will now look to build on its work over the last five years to drive behaviour change amongst key audiences, improve value-for-money perceptions, and break down barriers to more frequent travel.
The agency will also look to generate tangible growth in digital ticket sales and journeys for the operator, with initial campaign activity to be rolled out in the fourth quarter.

The renewal of the partnership will include the development of a new brand platform and communications for Greater Anglia, in a bid to deliver greater emotional impact, build brand awareness, and improve consideration and net promoter scores.
