Adam&Eve DDB executive chair steps down after 16 years

Adam&Eve DDB executive chair Tammy Einav has announced that she is stepping down after 16 years, in a move she has described as “incredibly difficult”.

According to Campaign magazine which broke the story, Einav said she felt it was time to “seek something new”.

She said she felt “lucky” to have been a part of the agency’s story.

“I shall look on with immense pride and joy at all the great things the agency will go on to do in the future,” she said.

She joined Adam&Eve DDB in 2008 as business director after having worked at Grey M&C Saatchi and Lowe across accounts including Coca-Cola, Bacardi, COI, Mars and Tesco.

Einav was part of the team that famously helped Adam&Eve DDB win the John Lewis account, and also helped win Fosters.

She was appointed chief executive officer in 2017, rising to the role of executive chair in 2023.

Last year Adam&Eve DDB chose not to re-pitch for the John Lewis account amid a two-month agency review.
