Foxy Bingo lassos up a frenzy with hirsute line dancers

Foxy Bingo is lassoing up a frenzy in its latest ad which sees a man with an inexplicably long moustache grooving to the beat of some classic country at his local social club.

Developed by London agency Neverland, the new spot forms part of the gambling site’s long-running ‘Get Your Fox On’ brand platform, which has driven a 43% increase in website visits since it was launched by the creative shop in late 2022.

This latest burst of activity will revolve around the ‘Foxy Moedown’, a 50-second spot directed by Noah Harris through Agile films in which a posse of hirsute line dancers get jiggy to Waylon Jennings’ 1974 country hit ‘I’m a Ramblin’ Man’.

“Yeeehaaaa”, Entain head of gaming brands, Sara Jolly said.

Launching today (28 June), the film will be pushed out via video-on-demand and broadcaster video-on-demand as well as out-of-home, radio, social media and digital, set to amplified by a bespoke Snapchat lens.

Neverland joint executive creative director, Richard McGrann added: “As an adult male who can barely grow a moustache, this rootin-tootin campaign from Foxy was a chance to live vicariously.”

The betting site’s new campaign launches just one day after charity GambleAware called on the incoming government to ban gambling adverts.
