Wonderhood sets up new customer experience team

Wonderhood is setting up a new team centred on customer experience and relationship management, under the leadership of Caroline Parkes.

Parkes will join Jessica Lovell, Aiden McClure and Alex Best in September to help lead the creative agency and build a team of specialists to complement Wonderhood’s established offering in advertising, data insight social content and premium television.

She is currently chief strategy officer at Rapp UK and chair of the DMA.

Across her career, Parkes has led breakthrough campaigns across industries including retail, telecoms, financial services and FMCG.

She is considered one of the most respected senior leaders in terms of delivering effective and creative customer experience for brands and platforms.
